What is one of the worst investments you can ever make for yourself? If you said shorting the Dow Jones, or shorting oil futures you would be wrong. If you said investing in Bear Stearns or Countrywide Financial you would be wrong. If you said betting black on the roulette table, or taking a trifecta in the Kentucky Derby you would also be wrong. One of the worst investments you can ever make is buying a timeshare.
